PropertyHQ is a free renovation cost and ROI calculator built for Toronto homeowners. We built it because most homeowners walk into contractor conversations with no independent data — they take the first quote, or the second, and have no way to know if either is fair.

Our estimates are built on TRREB transaction data, City of Toronto permit records, and Canadian renovation industry benchmarks. We update the data quarterly. It's not a contractor quote — but it's the best neutral starting point available without hiring someone.
